Not qualifying for a DSM-V diagnosis doesn't mean you don't have trauma, worry sometimes, or feel down every now and then. We all have nervous systems that could use some support.

I'll teach you tools and practices for nourishing yourself at a soul level so you can really live well.

You're a healer and want to do some personal work with someone who can hold you 

Finding someone you can trust to guide you through your own process when you're accustomed to doing depth work with others isn't always easy. 

As a lifelong student-practitioner, my personal commitment to doing my own work is what's allowed me to develop an immense capacity to hold you through yours. 

Most of my clients are healers when they come to me, and the rest just don't know it yet ;)

You're looking for psychotherapy

While I am a licensed therapist, Alchemy Sessions are delivered in a transformational coaching/healing arts container.

This work isn't designed to diagnose, cure or treat any illness, and assumes you are not entering in crisis. 

I'm a huge advocate for therapy when needed, and want to make sure you're getting the right level of support.

Alchemy sessions are an excellent compliment to psychotherapy, and I welcome you to join me for coaching alongside seeing a therapist if you desire. 

Alchemy sessions can be booked in either 45 or 75 minute increments. Packages of 10 sessions, to be used within a 6 month period, come with an eleventh session free for you to gift to a friend. 

Sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom at mutually agreed upon times. In-person sessions are reserved for intensives which are scheduled in 2.5 hour blocks and include the option of hands-on bodywork.

Alchemy sessions are individually tailored to support you and your unique needs. This means that no two sessions are exactly alike.

How a session unfolds is determined through a collaborative process. Some of the tools I bring into session are mentioned on my About page, and we can discuss which of these can be helpful as part of your unique experience. 

The AMBIKA Method® is the organizing principle that guides all of my work, and is a great place to start. I offer an 8 session package specifically designed to set you up with your own personalized framework using these tools should you desire to begin there. 

Transformational work requires an investment of time, money and energy. 

Beyond our scheduled sessions, the amount of time you devote to your growth is up to you. 

I expect you to show up to our sessions ready to work. This means that you've made arrangements to be as present as you can be for the entire time we've allotted. I think of our time as sacred and ceremonial, and invite you to treat it as such. 

Preparing for a session can take just a few minutes, but for others requires a little more time. Some people like to light a candle, meditate, or set intentions. At the very least you'll turn off notifications and distractions and set yourself up someplace comfortable and private. 

Due to the unpredictable nature of what this work can churn up, it can be helpful to allow for transition time after each session. Some people find that a nap, journaling, or a walk helps to integrate the work. 

I might also suggest practices to engage with between our meetings, but these are not required, and might not be necessary.

At this time, I only meet in-person for intensives and personal retreats. If this is something you're interested in, please reach out to discuss.

Intensives are a great way to begin, continue or deepen the work.
