Focused, Individualized Work
I work with people who are looking for a more focused and individualized approach than a traditional weekly therapy model.
Most of my work is structured as intensive, extended sessions that create dedicated time and space to focus on what matters most. Depending on what you're looking for, we might work together through psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, or coaching.
I also offer clinical consultation for therapists and other professionals.
The format, length, and focus of our work are shaped around your needs and what we're hoping to accomplish together.
What Is an Intensive?
An intensive is dedicated time for focused work.
While a standard 45-minute session can be useful for ongoing support and focused check-ins, longer sessions create more room to settle in, stay with something, and allow the work to build from one session into the next.
An intensive might be useful when you're working through trauma or a significant life transition, preparing for or integrating a psychedelic experience, navigating a particular challenge, or simply wanting dedicated space for personal growth, reflection, and change.
It can also be an opportunity to step outside the pace and demands of everyday life and give sustained attention to something that matters.
Intensive Formats
75 minutes
A longer individual session that can also function as a focused intensive.
2½ hours
My primary intensive format, offering substantial uninterrupted time for deeper therapeutic, integrative, psychedelic preparation and integration, or coaching work.
Half-day
A four-hour intensive with a brief break, allowing for an extended period of focused work.
Full-day + multi-day intensives
Available for certain types of work and planned individually. These formats require advance planning and a separate agreement.
The right format depends on what we're working on and how much space will best support you.
Psychotherapy Intensives
Psychotherapy intensives offer dedicated time for deeper therapeutic work without the constraints of a traditional weekly therapy model.
We might work with trauma, emotional or psychological challenges, relationship patterns, a significant life transition, or a desire for deeper personal growth and change.
My psychotherapy work is integrative and may draw from the approaches described in How I Work, depending on what is most supportive for you.
Psychedelic Preparation + Integration
Psychedelic experiences can open meaningful, challenging, and sometimes unexpected territory.
I offer individualized preparation and integration work for people who are exploring psychedelics or making sense of an experience they've already had.
Preparation can create space to develop intention, understand what you're entering into, consider practical and emotional support, and build resources for navigating the experience.
Integration provides space to process what happened, work with what emerged, and explore how an experience might meaningfully translate into everyday life.
This work draws on my experience in psychotherapy, somatic practice, expanded states of consciousness, and psychedelic preparation and integration.
Coaching Intensives
Coaching offers a non-clinical space for people who are seeking support with growth, change, creativity, purpose, relationships, or other areas of life.
You don't need to be in crisis or have a particular diagnosis to benefit from this kind of work. Sometimes we simply reach a point where we want dedicated space to step back, see something differently, and consider what comes next.
My coaching approach draws from the same integrative, whole-person perspective that informs my other work.
Clinical Consultation
I offer consultation for therapists and other professionals working with trauma, somatic approaches, psychedelics, expanded states of consciousness, and integrative psychotherapy.
Consultation may include case conceptualization, clinical decision-making, preparation and integration work, somatic and experiential approaches, or navigating complex clinical territory.
One Rate Across My Work
I use the same base rate for psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, and coaching.
While the focus and context of the work may be different, I don't assign different value to these forms of support. The rate reflects my time, experience, and the depth of the work itself.
45 minutes — $350
Available for focused check-ins, preparation or follow-up around intensive work, and periodic sessions for established clients. They may also be appropriate when a particular question, transition, or moment calls for support but doesn't require a longer intensive.
Ongoing work with me is generally structured around longer sessions and intensive formats rather than weekly 45-minute therapy.
75 minutes — $475
The longer individual-session format and a building block for extended intensives.
2½-hour intensive — $950
My primary intensive format.
Half-day intensive — $1,425
A four-hour intensive with a brief break.
Full-day + multi-day intensives
Available by arrangement for certain types of work and require advance planning and a separate agreement.
Where to Begin
You don't necessarily need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out.
We can start by talking about what you're navigating, what you're hoping for, and whether psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation or integration, coaching, consultation, or another format makes the most sense.
